In December 2015 we brought our kitchen operation in house. Our Head Chef Adam Shephard works with a brilliant and hugely talented young team.
Over the past year we’ve refined the menu to a fine balance of meat-heavy meals, with a compliment of fresh salads and delicious vegetarian options. Drawing influence from the great diners of Chicago and New York, we’re serving staple Australia and American themed sandwiches and burgers.
The menu is constantly evolving, and we’re happy to hear your feedback and opinion.
